The Toastmasters meeting of the 18th of March 2015 was a pleasant evening of prepared speeches.
The Toast of the day was made to “ Medical Teams at Road accidents” and the word pf the evening was “perception “ as proposed by Siphon Mda.
The Toastmaster of the Evening was Sipho Mda and we had the following guests at our meeting: Nolandu Dingiswayo, Memme Moerane, Clem Gorajema, Portia Khosi, Paballo Tsoeu, Mokgethi Selebogo, Mohau Matlala, Goitsemang Maotoe.
The following members where present: Thokozani Miya, Des Smith, Di Sharp, Luther Feros, Dick Hallett, Tinahe Ncube, Sipho Mda, Luis de Sousa, Christian Nyakanyanga, Naseera Ebrahim, Zandile Manana.
We had four successful prepared speeches:

▪ CC3 by Paballo Tsoeu Entitled “Good Things Take Time” evaluated by Christian Nyakanyanga
▪ CC3 by Thokozane Miya Entitled “ What to Expect When you expecting” Evaluated by Luther Feros
▪ CC5 by Luis De Sousa Entitled “ Did you Wash your Hands” evaluated by Dick Hallett
Table Topics where handled by Christian Nyakanyanga and people where asked to speak on recent news events.
The Grammarian Naseera Ebrahim deemed all the speeches where acceptable according to the Toastmaster rules.
The grizzly bear was awarded to Mohau Matlala and Thokozani Miya for their excellent first time and after a while speeches respectively.
